OIA Insurance (“OIA,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”) values your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website (the “Website”), interact with us, or purchase insurance products or services from us.

By using the Website, submitting information, obtaining quotes, purchasing products, or otherwise interacting with OIA, you accept this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with its terms, please do not use these services.

1. Applicability / Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • Information collected via our Website (including via forms, cookies, analytics tools, pixels, etc.),
  • Information collected in email, texts, phone calls, or other electronic communications between you and OIA,
  • Information collected in connection with insurance services, quotes, applications, underwriting, claims, or customer service.

It does not necessarily cover information collected by third-party websites or services to which we link; you should review their privacy statements separately.

2. Children / Minors

Our services are not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently obtained information from someone under 18, please contact us to request deletion.

As you navigate our Website, we (and our service providers) may automatically collect:
